[MonoDevelop] NUnit and debugger

In mono 2.4.2.2 / monodevelop 2.0, it  works great under OpenSuse 11.1.

There's a debug command on the context menu in the Unit Test pad.

(At least it's there in trunk, not sure about 2.0)
