Apparently not. Here's the reply I received in the KeePass forum:


You can build KeePass 2.06 with MonoDevelop. You just have to ignore the
error above.

Sounds like I need to figure out how to upgrade my Mono installation.


I can confirm the solution loads and seems to work with SharpDevelop (but
then it asks me for keys and I don't know what to do).

By "keys" do you mean "passwords"? When you first run the program, it asks
you for a master password that it uses to encrypt the password database. You
can enter anything at all as a password here.
