[MonoDevelop] Error compiling Monodevelop 2 alpha 2 on Ubuntu Intrepid

All of your mono stuff needs to be installed in the same prefix. 
Because you used a PPA, all of your stuff needs to be in /usr.

So you need to re-configure mono-addins with --prefix=/usr, rebuild, and 
reinstall.
