[MonoDevelop] Adding external references in Monodevelop on Mac OS X

Hi,

Just another way to do this incase you're on a macbook(pro). While
using Ctrl-Click does not work, enabling two finger tapping for
secondary clicking (in system prefs -> trackpad) works.
