Yes, if you insist on getting a real root shell you may use sudo -s, sudo
su, sudo bash, and so on. However, I question from a good-records-keeping
side of things why one would want to do this.

NOPASSWD, but yes. However, I really don't recommend doing so as it pretty
much allows anything you locally execute to escalate to root without
intervention, probably not what you want.
