[MonoDevelop] BPML is XML

I'm working with BPML files in MD 2.2.  BPML (Business Process Markup
Language) is an XML dialect;  how do I tell MD that files ending
in .bpml should be treated as XML?  If I try to add a new file type
under "Code Formatting" and enter bpml as the file type / extension the
"OK" button is greyed out with the message "Unknown file type." [Duh!].
