[MonoDevelop] Automatically inserted code doesn't respect formatting rules

Hi-

I've modified the default formatting policy for C# to not insert space
before parentheses on method decelerations and calls. However, when
Monodevelop automatically inserts code (like creating an empty method when
typing override), it ignores this preference and inserts the spaces anyway.
Am I doing something wrong or should I file a bug report? It seems similar
to #538987, but not quite.
