[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop 2.2 on Mac OS X

Hello guys,

Installing the latest MonoDevelop with Mono 2.6 didn't work for me - it
didn't run at all.

>From the command line I get:

:MacOS michael$ ./monodevelop
./monodevelop: line 77: /Volumes/Second
Drive/michael/Library/Logs/MonoDevelop/MonoDevelop.log: No such file or
directory

It is looking for a logfile directory that doesn't exist.

Creating ~/Library/Logs/MonoDevelop directory fixed the problem.
