[MonoDevelop] Debugging using Mono for Windows

Hello,
     I just downloaded MD 2.2 and Mono 2.6 and could in fact debug some
simple test cases. Are you saying the Debug menu option itself is grayed
out, or that you can start debugging but it does not work.
