[MonoDevelop] monodevelop 2.2RC and OS X and Soft debugger

If there were a fresh 2.6 preview that enabled the soft debugger on OSX that
would be a very nice early present!

It never hurts to ask... otherwise I'll just patiently wait for the
goodness!
