[MonoDevelop] .NET suffixes

Hello,

     I googled around but I cannot find a list of .NET suffixes and
their corresponding meaning. .. In particular I am interested in the
suffices for files belonging to the F# Binding .... e.g. .mds, .mdp,
etc.! I want to provisionaly use this F# Binding in monodevelop ...
but I don't know what file to select when I do an "open" in
monodevelop in order to install the F# Binding!?
