[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop and F# solution??

Hi Vasili,

The reason you don't see any F# Solution is because there's no F# addin.
There is an unofficial one, but it's based on GPL code, which makes it
unsuitable for use in MonoDevelop, and it's probably bitrotted some by now.
You can try and bring it up to speed, or write a new one yourself!
