[MonoDevelop] Good Monodevelop tutorials for the Mac?

Are there any good tutorials of how to get a C# Monodevelop project going on the Mac? I'm not even sure how to get started. I see Console, Empty and Library Project templates. How would I go about creating the equivalent of a "WinForms" application?
