[MonoDevelop] How to install Emgu CV in mono develope on Ubuntu

uuh?, install emgucv in monodevelop?, emgucv as a opencv wrapper is a 
librarie (a couple in fact) that need to be added as references into the 
MD project where you want to use it...as far as the emgucv install 
concern you just need to have the .dll's somewhere on your system, if 
you want to compile emgucv, the emgucv page provide details about how to 
do it with monodevelop on fed10...
