[MonoDevelop] Better Django Support Patch

I have done some more work on proving support for django in PyBinding,
allowing the ability to add django apps via a project. There is only one
issue that I am having, when I run the code templates are copied across
correctly, however when I run make install, the folders do not get
copied across to the install location. Do I need to modified the
Makefile? Or is there an option to do this in monodevelop?
