[MonoDevelop] Django Template for PyBinding

Christian,

I don't so go ahead. Is there any code standards/best practices, as I'm 
looking at adding in the ability to add django new apps, similar to 
adding views/controllers in the ASP.NET MVC plugin, and don't want to 
make a mess of the code base.
