[MonoDevelop] Should I expect ASP.NET debugging breakpoints to work?

No, no released versions of the Mono Debugger support ASP.NET
debugging yet, so MD has been unable to add this feature. I expect
this will be available with MD 2.2 + Mono 2.6.
