Thanks very much, Michael. That was it. I tried running Monodoc from the
comment line. I was informed that it could not be found, and that it is a
part of the mono-tools package. It even gave me the Zypper command to
download and install the package, and it worked perfectly.

I'd be happy to file a bug against Mono packaging, if I knew how. Can you be
more specific, please?
