[MonoDevelop] Thanks for the debugger!

This is a note of thanks to everyone involved in getting Mono and
MonoDevelop to this point!

I just "update-manager -d"-ed my Ubuntu 8.10 laptop to Ubuntu 9.04 and
happily there's MonoDevelop 2.0. Then after just a few minutes looking in
this email list, I learn I need package monodevelop-debugger-mdb. Now
there's a GUI debugger stepping me through my code.

This has been a long awaited and much desired feature.
