[MonoDevelop] Stripped down GTK# notebook tabs for monodevelop

Hi,

If you're interested, I'm attaching a small patch to strip all but active
tabs. It needs testing and an option to disable it. I've also attached a
screenshot of it in action.

My code is tested against MD Trunk source on Ubuntu Jaunty.
