[MonoDevelop] Winforms

There is no direct support for WinForms in MD.  I.e. there is no
designer / project templates for WinForms.  Options are:

a) Do winform designing in C# Express (or other free IDE)
b) Do a GTK# project instead - which is directly supported by MD
