[MonoDevelop] monodevelop-2 XML tools disable

Hi guys,

I see monodevelop-2 on a opensuse system and it have some xml tools 
under the tools menus, I also have MD-2 on my fedora system but those 
tools seems disable, what else do I need on my system to use those 
tools?, or what configuration is needed when MD is compiled?
