Chris, Adam, Lindsay:
I don't think this might go into the main MD tree anytime soon(I'm really
not an MD dev), and even then, it won't be the default behaviour, as
changing something users are used to and not letting them go back can be
most distressing.
However, I have started refactoring my changes to look for a boolean option
to enable screen space saving. I think I'll also add an option in.
I will have a patch up in a few days. If you have a smaller 17 or 19 inch
monitor, you'll really appreciate the difference.
Thanks,
Andy
