[MonoDevelop] F# support

Sorry for the re-post but I could not read the other, to answer your question
I have been working getting the F# language bindings in MonoDevelop this
week and am ALMOST finished :) I plan to write a blog post about it as soon
as the task is complete.  I plan to use F# with dnAnalytics in MonoDevelop
since I work primarily on Mac/Linux.
