[MonoDevelop] Starting MonoDevelop on OSX requires sudo

Not sure,  I'll install it.

The libigemacintegration.dylib library is included with Mono 2.4. Are

I was completely sure until you made me doubt myself. :)  I uninstalled all
versions of mono and re-installed using the latest dmg from the website
prior to posting this message to the mailing list as I wanted to be sure I
was using all the latest bits.
