[MonoDevelop] Simple (and possibly silly) question about installing MonoDevelop

I'm a seasoned engineer, but pretty new to Linux. I have just installed
Ubuntu (latest build) and installed MonoDevel using the following command in
FireFox:
apt:mono-2.0-devel
as described on the mono site. 

Now my only question is (and here's the silly part): I can't find it. 
It was not added to the Applications menu, so I'm trying to add it to that,
but I can't find it on the hard drive. 

Where would it have gotten installed so that I can find it?
