[MonoDevelop] Stripped down GTK# notebook tabs for monodevelop

I like this method of collapsing the text on the tabs.

I do really like having the close button on the inactive tabs, though.
What about re-showing the full display (icon, close button, full name)
when an inactive tab is moused-over, then re-collapsing when the
pointer leaves?
