[MonoDevelop] monodevelop-2 weird character set opening some .cs files

I first encountered the same issue with the first beta, but I thought it
was solved before the release. Not so, it seems.

As far as I can tell, some characters are throwing MD off, possibly
related to indent / unindent. I could in fact fix the error by deleting
specific lines and re-typing them in gedit.
