[MonoDevelop] Minor quibble with Monodevelop 2.0

Hi!  I have a tiny question on Monodevelop 2.0.  I was using 1.9 and moved to
2.0 and I noticed the same thing.  I noticed that Monodevelop's intellisense
doesn't list the System.Windows.Form (and some others too) methods while I'm
coding.  I'm wondering if this is as intended or am I missing some
configuration.  I compiled all my Mono packages and Monodevelop on the same
folder (quite literally) even though it's a custom url.  I also have the
following paths set to my custom folder correctly:

XDG_DATA_HOME
XDG_DATA_DIRS
PKG_CONFIG_PATH

Am I missing something or is this just not completely done yet?
