[MonoDevelop] Parser/DOM issue in the gui builder

When the DOM branch merged in, a TODO was left open in the Gtk designer
related to database update.  The file in question is:

MonoDevelop.GtkCore.GuiBuilder/GuiBuilderService.cs

Around line 328, the code which previously invoked methods on the
ParserDatabase are all commented out.  I think this is causing
regressions like the one described in:

https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=430497

Is there an analog for this sort of update with the new parser?
