[MonoDevelop] Self spawning instances of MD

Hi,

I'm running MD alpha 1 and have hit an interesting problem - it likes to
spawn instances of itself!

Example. I have a .NET application I want to edit under MD. I open the
sln file and MD fires up. Another 2 copies instantate during the start
up even though I've only asked for 1 copy. It means I have 3 copies
running!

The annoying thing is though, if I close one down, another copy starts.

Not sure if this bug has been reported - it's annoying!
