[MonoDevelop] SVN plugin and sourceforge.

I tried svn ci -m "my update test" which didn't work.It's worth pointing out
I can checkout from within monodevelop but can't actually log in as a
developer, or at least, it does not present me with this option nor can I
find an option to log in as a developer.

The root of the svn tree is this:
http://warp.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/warp
