[MonoDevelop] issue while installing monodevelop

Hi
I have downloaded monodevelop1.0
how can i install it or run the mono develop IDE
please suggest which file to run.

when i treid to run "sudo apt-get install mono mono-gmcs mono-gac mono-utils
monodevelop monodoc-browser monodevelop-nunit monodevelop-versioncontrol"
it throws an error "....... password is not found in sudoers file"
