[MonoDevelop] How come back to a .Desktop file stuff in the generated make file ?

Hi i need help for a little thing about make file integration
in the past i add a desktop file by add file function of md
after what it add all needed stuf in the make file
but MS VS don't like the "content" added in the csproject file
so i delete it, and now if i add it again in the project file, when
generating make make file there isn't anyway the linux destop stuff in
the make file

there is a "special " property to set some where to see back my
desktop file in the make file with linux stuff and not just as content
who only copy it in output dir?
I use a last SVN vers of MD
