I recommend against building MonoDevelop.AddinAuthoring. It's
incomplete and currently requires Mono.Addins from SVN. Hopefully it
will be usable by the time we release Mono.Addins 0.4; until then,
there is little reason to upgrade Mono.Addins to the SVN version.
Run "./configure --select" again to change the "extras" addins you're building.
All of these extras have been excluded from the main distribution for
some reason: stability, incompleteness, or additional dependencies.
Note also that you won't be able to build the debugger "extra" unless
you have Mono 2.0. Hopefully Debian will package Mono 2.0 and its
debugger soon (please read
http://mjhutchinson.com/journal/2007/11/08/how_not_break_mono if you
want to build it from source).
