[MonoDevelop] Can't Create C# GTK# Project

I am trying to create a C# GTK# Project using MonoDevelop. However my only
options after selecting File->New Solution are as follows: Console Project,
Empty Project, and Library. If I select a VBNet project then I have access
to a GTK# 2.0 Project. What am I missing?
