[MonoDevelop] How can I custom ctags

Addtional comments here:For Anjuta, we have Symbol browse functionality to
add API tags in Preference.
For KDevelop, we can add tags in Project options.
Both way we can greatly improve auto-complete features.

Can I do the samething in MD?  That's really a great feature.
