[MonoDevelop] New Feature?

Hi !!

When works with Mono Web Services, the steps to implement on my project are:
 - Get Client Proxy Using WSDL
 - Compiling Class to Library
 - Add reference to library on my project

I was thinking implement Option on Context Menu for References Folder in a
project, "Add Web Reference" that makes all steps automatically for us. Was
looking on the monodevelop TODO page but not found any TODO for this and
think that is important. (How VStudio option that make this easily)

Add to TODO or i make this directly and submit after ?
