[MonoDevelop] Can't open MonoDevelop

What is the name of the .dmg file you downloaded? Sounds like this bug...

...which is supposed to be fixed in monodevelop-1.9.1-1.dmg (doesn't
appear to be available yet on the download website).

If you're running OS X 10.4, it's probably the bug above, and can be
fixed following the instruction given in the bug comments.
