[MonoDevelop] asp.net templates

When I try to add a new file to my asp.net project it does not have the
option to add any asp.net templates.

If I create a new asp.net web application project the new project does have
those template options.

I found a line in the project file of my new project that reads
<ProjectTypeGuids>{349C5851-
65DF-11DA-9384-00065B846F21};{FAE04EC0-301F-11D3-BF4B-00C04F79EFBC}</ProjectTypeGuids>

if I paste that into my old project I then have access to those templates
until I restart monodevelop (it removes the line I pasted in).

I would create a bug report, but I have not been able to figure out how to
reproduce this behavior yet.

Is there a way I can fix this project without starting over from scratch?
