[MonoDevelop] Debugging

Hi All,

I'm anxious to see debugging in action just like everyone else but am
getting the following error when I do Debug > Debug:

Can not execute "path/to/program.exe". The selected execution mode is
not supported in the Mono platform.

Here are my stats:
Platform: Mac OS 10.5
Mono:
Mono JIT compiler version 2.0.1 (tarball)
