[MonoDevelop] Upcoming release

Besides, I think it's lying anyhow.  I removed my OS X Mono 1.9 before  
installing 2.0 and a new MonoDevelop was not installed (1.9Beta or  
otherwise).  I asked the list about it and Miguel (I believe) said  
they were working to package MD separately from the full Mono install  
package.
