[MonoDevelop] Startup Problem: Mono 1.9 + MD 1.0

Hi,

Delete the directory where MD is installed
(e.g. /usr/local/lib/monodevelop, or wherever are you installing it) and
reinstall. If you still get the error post the output generated by
"mdtool setup reg-build -v".
