[MonoDevelop] Delete all old config?

Hi all,

I've played with MonoDevelop on and off (mainly off) for a few years, and
I've clearly got some legacy crud left about my home directory.

Does anyone have an exhaustive list of locations that MonoDevelop stores
information in? More specifically, my add-ins are all to pot.

MD version 1.0rc1 on Fedora 9.
