SharpDevelop has had one for many years too. However, creating a
winforms design surface is near-trivial compared with actually
implementing all the framework's infrastructure, as Ivan was doing.

AFAIK, the blocker on integrating it with MD was problems with the
drag-n-drop between winforms and GTK.
