[MonoDevelop] Changing IDE language

Hallo,

I just downloaded and installed MonoFramework on Mac OS X. When I first
started MonoDevelop, the whole IDE appeared in russian language and I
wasn't able to understand anything.
It would be very kind if someone could explain me how to change the
language to 'english' or something more "smooth".
