[MonoDevelop] qyoto designer?

I'm sure that that will make lot's of people happy, but, I personal don't
think that it's a good strategie because:

1º QT specifications it's not fully in OpenSource
2º MonoDevelop don't have to support all the graphical design available on
linux. They are getting lot's of work to make GTK and WinForms working that
having QT as well will be a "pain in the ass"

I don't even like this difference between Gnome and KDE. They should be as
one and try to find a point in the middle that all development should be on.

This is my persnal opinion.
