[MonoDevelop] Webpage Designer View

Hi all,

For developing ASP.NET applications it would be interesting to have a
designer view. However, I can't find one in current monodevelop (i am
almost sure there isn't one), or in the TODO list (which is
troublesome). However, I am sure others have come accross this issue.
How have you solved this?
The only solution I can think of is doing it in a web page designer
outside monodevelop (NVU, for example) and integrate the webpage with
monodevelop once it is done. Only issue is that ultimately I think the
asp.net controls have always to be hardcoded, right?

Suggestions are welcome,
