[MonoDevelop] GTK# 2.10 Support in MD 2.0 Alpha 1

Guys, be patient. Alpha 1 has not yet beet released!
In any case, the add-ins are already in the main repo, so you just have
to go to the add-in manager, click on install and the refresh.
