[MonoDevelop] mono-nunit dependancy

Hey, it's been some time since I compiled MD from source and I'm now stuck
with the mono-nunit dependency.

I have NUnit 2.2.8 but I can't find a mono-nunit package/tarball anywhere.

Can anyone help me out here? thanks.

This is what I'm getting when running configure:

checking for MONO_NUNIT... configure: error: Package requirements
(mono-nunit) were not met:

No package 'mono-nunit' found
